
SPAM Report Information
With the introduction of the new email system a few new noticeable features have been added. One of the most notable features is the Spam Report you receive every morning about 6am Eastern time. The first thing to remember, if you do not want this report it can be disabled however you will have to log into the webmail system to retrieve emails that were quarantined by the system. If you do not wish to receive the Spam Report either contact our support team to have it turned off or login to the webmail system and turn it off from within the options screen (the webmail tutorial has specific information about how to turn this off) Below is a detailed description of the Spam Report, what it does, and how it will help the server "learn" who you do want email from. |

the report may be conpressed left to right somewhat.
Make sure you maximize the window for best results.
