Q: Why did you upgrage your mail server?

A: Server software upgrades is something that all Email providers MUST do once in a while. This upgrade was necesary for improved security and to maintain compliance to prevent other domains from not accepting email from our users.

Q: I cannot login to my email, Why?

A: With the new server came some needed security improvements. One of them was to eliminate users being able to login without using their full email address. This reduces the likelihood of your account being hacked and was a necessary change. Please adjust you email program to login to the server using you full email address. Q: I cannot login to the message center at login.postini.com, Why?

A: As part of this migration we eliminated the message center that was handled by a third party. Quarantined emails can now be viewed in webmail or by viewing the Spam Report. Please go here for more details.

Q: Webmail has changed my contacts and some email are missing.

A: The new webmail system was a mandatory upgrade to allow for the integrated features in the mail server. If you are missing contacts or email please contact support via live support or phone so we can migrate your contacts and recover any email. We apologize for any inconvenience, all email and contacts should be fully recoverable.

Q: What is this Spam Report, is it for real?
